Substituting Red Roses and Rubies in Spells

Calling in your attunement
I suggest energetically cleansing yourself and your space. Some people use sage or other herbs, others use Reiki, some take a salt bath. This will help remove any low vibing residue from your system that could get in the way of receiving the full benefits of the attunement. Drink a glass of water, as Reiki uses water molecules to travel. Spend a few minutes in quiet meditation as well beforehand to clear your mind. Attunement can be received either in person, by proxy (ex. Someone using a stuffed animal to represent you), or by chi ball. These will be powerful energies and the transmission can last 40-60 minutes because there are so many activations to cover, so you may want to sit down or lie down (especially if you tend to fall asleep when receiving heavy attunements). To Attune Others:

In Person: Place your hand over the crown chakra of the recipient. Make sure they are prepared energetically as well. By Proxy: Same as In person but using an object to represent the person (ex. A teddy bear).
